Micromax — Worst service and handsets

I bought a new micro max night in the month of June, just after a week it stopped switching on, I then submitted the handset with Rudra agency at Basheerbagh Hyderabad as an authorised service centre . And today after one month they again say that the problem will take a month more, why the hell they don't replace my handset and even the person at the centre are all very rude at this. Please note my complaint and advice or there's not to buy there handsets. Devender [protected]
