Micromax — Worst service by micromax service center

I had submitted unite 2 on 15 Nov 2014 . Still the problem has not been resolved . On calling to customer care number they keep on hold for more than 10 mins and not attend the call also they do not reply to emails properly( delayed) .I will never suggest any micromax phones to anyone due to worst customer service .
