I had given micromax A120 which had "display touch screen not working" on 16th May 2015 to S3 communications Jayanagar, Bangalore . This phone is under warranty.

They told me to come after a weeks time to collect my phone. When I called them on 23rd they said it is still under repair and I will get it back on 30th May. When I again called them on 30th May they said they need to send the phone to Delhi for Display replacement and I will get the phone on june 9th. When I again called them, they still say the same answer "the phone is in Delhi and I will get it on June 25th". I was very much depressed and told the same to one of my friend who is expert in resolving these issues.
When my friend called them they gave the same answer that the phone is in Delhi, and my friend answered that he contacted Delhi office and they say that the phone has not reached Delhi and it might be available in Bangalore.When we started raising our voice, the officials of S3 communications told that it is available in Rajajinagar office Bangalore and not in Delhi. What a messy behaviour? I didn't expect this from S3 communications.
We asked him to give the phone back, but even now he is pushing the days by saying you will get the phone by tomorrow.
