I have a complain against a service center in hyderabad, name veerabadra agencies, kukatpally, were i have given my under warranty tab p470 for repair on the issue of display broken, on 30.05.2015.The customer service team informed that it will take 7 working days with a charge of rs.2300 .Which i have accepted with no option.
They have told they will cal me once it will be done.But after a month waiting i have nt got any call, i visited again the service center which is about 15 km frm my home on july first, but they have given a silly reason that part is not available but will be repaired in other one week time, now its 40 days is over, and my tab is kept in that authorised service center and i have nt received a single call from them on service condtion.I have called the concerned person two days back, he told he will call back in 30 min but never received call again from him. Its a worst experience i have ever had with any phone, truly worst service, if this way your service center is working than you should stop fooling us on the name of support team.I will take this issue to consumer forum if this issue has not been resolved within a week and my tab is not given in good repaired condition.After keeping it for 40 days, i m nt going to listen that part is nt available .Thanks Was this information helpful? |
