I had purchased micromax AD4500 from chennai on 5TH June 2015. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within few days of purchase and went to M/S Ocean mobile care, Velachery, Chennai on 27th June, 2015. They told me to give the phone and, told that they will have to replace the touch and took my phone away. Having waited till now when ever i call them they keep telling me that they did not get the spare from the Head office. Please help me either to get my phone back in a working condition or a new replacement as am well within the warranty. Am losing my patience because of the pain and agony that am going through. It is a very worst service from micromax. Making calls to them every day is of no use and they also tell me to contact the Head Office of Micromax
