[Resolved] Micromax — worst service of micromax | |||
i am ravi from hyderabad. i bought a mobile of micromax canvas A176 in march-2014. after it is giving lot of problems then recently i approached service center of hyderabad(ameerpet). they send my mobile to the gurgaon for mother-board replacement. they initial said it will take 20days. i satisfied with their answer. after 20 days i called him about an update of my mobile. Later they said sir, its 20 days our prirorities are changed so it will take again 25 days so you wait for that time. This time also i satisfied with his answer. After SUCCESSFULLY completion of 45 days i called service centre. They said sir your mother-board stock is not available not available in gurgaon it will take some more additional days. SEE your service. You didn't understand customer problem if the mother-board stock is not available then what should i do. its your problem with 45days what you people you do. I think you didn't wake up that time. I am requesting you Please wake up and repair my mobile as soon as possible. already i am begging my friend mobile now he is asking. its because of your delay service.
so please its my humble request to repair my mobile. dont check customer patience its not good for your company.
your working days are 45. but its already over. and almost 2months over. so please please solve my problem 3-4 days.
