I have purchased a new mobile of micro max x337 when launched newly and after using 15 days the touch pad is gone.I had given for repair on 03/11/2014 complaint no: 13115582 in hyderabad.
They keep saying the company send the cheaper mobile by mistake and send it back to company.NOw past 4 months they keep on saying it is on transit past 3 months.
When i contacted them through mail they are not even bother to reply.
Guys my sincere advice is by visiting many time for one mobile for 6 months i have observed that they are selling for cheaper rates and getting repaired in month.Many people are having same issue.Any how i do not have any hope that i will get my mobile back now but my sincere advise is plz do not buy micro max mobiles once it gets repaired u have to through it out only & you will not get it back.
