Micromax (Yu-Yunique) — Display damaged-phone not received from last 3 and half months | |||||
I submitted my phone on[protected] for replacement, i have tried talking to yu- yunique customer care with patience but all looks waste.It's been 3 and a half months that i didn't receive my phone (Yu yunique) and by calling 50 times to customer care i get the answer there are some technical issues kindly wait for 24 -48 hours. I had bought the mobile keeping in mind the reputation of your company which is micromax. But i am totally disappointed with the service, first of all, i used that device for hardly 10 days and secondly when approached service center they are least interested in quick service and customer satisfaction.I regret writing yu yunique support.It’s high time that you please look into the matter and rectify the same.Hope this mail will land up with someone who’s responsible and is a genuine person who understands what customer service and customer satisfaction mean.
