Dear sir/Madam We have online purchase micromax YU5010 yuphoria mobile form amazon sale on dated 16 July 2015, order no.[protected], invoice no. HR-DEL[protected], Mobile IMEI:[protected]. we have face problem in mobile is it's hands free speaker sound not clear also sound of the speaker is very low due to unable to talk on speaker mode. one more problem is mobile screen automatically off during the receiving or calling the phone. It is under warranty period kindly request to you please replace or repair the instrument and solve my above problem. we are waiting for your positive response.
