Micromax Yuphoria — Not get write solution | |||
R/sir, I had purchased a micromax yu5010 mobile handset with imei/esn no. [protected]/[protected] on june 7, 2015. I am facing some problems in the product which are as follows:- 1) audio problem with audio adjustment 2) app suddenly stops working and returns to home screen 3) device gets switched off on its own being fully charged. I submitted the device for repair within warranty on february 8, 2016. I received it after replacement on march 5, 2016. After a month, the previous problem of device of getting switched off on its own was still there. When i asked the customer care about it they told me to get it flashed and get its hardware checked and get its software reinstalled and get it refreshed again and again. I have done each and every thing that they have asked me to do. When the problem persisted i complaint them then they asked me to reboot my device to safe mode. I have to do it after every 10 days to get my phone working which results to wastage of my time and loss in my business. And now when i call them they do not take my call and when they do they don't talk to me properly. I am fed up of all this and i request you to take the device back and refund me my money which i had paid for it. Or else do the needful so that i can do my work without any further loss or problem in work. I want to take the needful step.
