Net express broadband for Rs499 plus tax worst service and very slow internet.They provide 1mbps unlimited. Very poor service they provide to customers and not even attend the calls when there is a complaint.Even google page is loading then think how fast is the internet.Not even able to connect to their log in page multiple times have to switch off the Internet and switch it on again only then it will work. Very bad experience with net...

Unfortunately I took the connection and realized that I dug a hole and jumped into it. Just thinking if I can file a case for fraud against them. The number mentioned on their website doesn't get picked by anyone. The email address bounces back. Planning to go to their office and retrieve my money. If not then Police station is my next destination. I told them to come and take the modem back and refund the money, but no one even responded....

Hi This worst service ever i seen. I paid 3 months (UNLIMITED USEAGE PLAN) unwanted and did not get good connection. Every Time I called there service center there is always insulted me and not gave proper response. Monthly amount they collected perfect but service is very worst. We pay money for Internet and also for calling customer care daily 40 times. Full and full money minded people and lazy workers. Surely this company banned in...

Im from karapakkam.AWFUL ... If i scold them in any language .. this message would be a spam.
These guys now started sticking Phamplets to every poles and walls here and there.
Even I paid money on 09th March 2014. Im sorry that i couldnt found this information before.
If would have found i wouldnt have wasted my money.
