The above mentioned patient has died on your hospital premises on 11th sep 20, and on the same day insurance people has cleared the refund amount to your hospital, where we have settled the full amount to your hospital..for a single bill double time you have rcvd the payment ...your people has confirmed us that within 7 working days they will refund the amount ... whereas today almost 20 days over still we have not rcvd the amount...
kindly arrange to clear th refund the amouny by today withouth fail thanks
