Mirraw — Charged for an order cancelled by mirraw themselves | |||||
I placed an order for which got a mail from mirraw that the order was cancelled. But mirraw ended up charging for the cancelled order. When we sent a mail to mirraw saying we have been charged and if they don't reply within two days we would go for a dispute with Credit Card. They didn't bother to reply. But once filed a dispute they replied to the mail asking for transaction details.When we sent all the proofs that we have been charged for what we didn't receive and mirraw themselves have cancelled that order, they say they would refund if I withdraw my dispute. How is mirraw expecting a customer to do this when they didn't respond until the customer filed a dispute. I sent several mails, but they stopped replying back. I tried to call them to many times to personally solve this issue, but nobody bothers to answer the call. Feels like Mirraw don't care about customer satisfaction.
