[Resolved] Mirraw.com — Unethical behaviour | |
I paid for my two items for amount of $188 on 5/1/15 and just got an email saying they cannot do the order because of defective material. In the meantime, they send me numerous emails about payment not received (where paypal showed payment in my account), having problem with stitching etc. I have spoken to them numerous times, asked for a return call, speak to a manager but got nothing but emails and the emails didn't seem consistent, such as one email says one thing the other is completely conflicting. I think this company is trying scam customers. I am not sure I will get my money refunded. Was this information helpful? | |

There was a delay in sending the products to you. As per our conversation we have processed a refund for the amount that you have paid. The amount is already been deposited in your account. Once again sorry for all the inconvenience caused from our side. However, if you place an order next time we will offer you some discounts as a compensation for the inconvenience caused for your previous order.
