[Resolved]  Mirraw — no response to my order and repayment

i did online shopping on december 5, 2013.i got an email that my order was cancelled due to improper transaction and i was asked to order again.so i ordered again.later when i checked my bank balance double the amount was reduced.i just called them and nobody responded.i even sent so many emails.later i cancelled one order and requested them to repay the amount..there is no response.atleast i am not even able to track the order

The customers items have been delivered on 20th of Dec, 2013 and the refund for the duplicate order had already been processed on Dec 7,2013. The customer has received the items and the ticket has been closed
