Mirraw — No response to return product | |||||
We ordered "Blue embroidered georgette semi-stitched salwar with dupatta-party-wear-salwar-kameez" on 27 Nov by cash on delivery mode and Order number - M[protected]. My wife doesn't like the stuff so thought to return the product. I send mail to [protected]@mirraw.com and got the mail on Dec3 with ticket id 360434 and in the mail they mentioned that "A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response (usually within 24 hours)". I didn't get any response any mail or call after that. I sent multiple mail after but didn't get any response even sent mail to anup.[protected]@mirraw.com, shailesh.[protected]@mirraw.com Those people also not respond, trying to connect on customer care but it never connect to representative always says all are busy. No idea what to do next. Should go to consumer court or wait some more time. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I got the call from mirraw on Friday 12/11 after complained here but same story they told will share the address to send back product but till now not got any mail from them. There only focus to close this complain
