[Resolved] Mirraw — Not received refund | |||
To customer care support team, I purchased 3 items from mirraw on 21st july, 2016 and i received all of the items on 25th july, 2016. however, i was not happy with the material of the items, and thus, decided to return them. i emailed mirraw asking them on how to obtain a refund and received instructions from them which i followed accordingly. they provided me with a ticket number: 592763 and they said someone will contact us within 24 hours. afterwards, i sent the 3 items out to be shipped back to their senders and obtained 3 tracking numbers which i then sent to mirraw for them to verify. i, subsequently, sent them 3 emails with the ticket number, the tracking numbers for the the 3 items and then eventually, proof that the items were received by the original senders (on 29th july, 2016). i tried calling mirraw customer support and was put on hold for 1 hour but no one picked up. i am still waiting for my refund. i have attached proof below. there is 1 picture of 1 email that i received from customer service. the next 4 pictures are of the 3 emails that i sent to customer service which yielded no replies. i would like to know when i will be receiving my refund.
