The products i received are very cheap quality. The website description is different from what i have received. When i placed the order, i have opted for custom stitching and also provided measurements for each product individually. Irrespective of that the products were stitched in free bulk sizes. I'm completely disappointed with what i have received. I have made number calls to the customer service and they were bargaining, that we will refund 20%, 30%, 50% like that. I have ordered total 5 products, out of which they cancelled one product and sent me an email saying, i have initiated cancel request. Should i call this fraud? The material used for the products are least quality. I'm requesting for refund n return n made calls multiple times. I requested to talk to manger/supervisor. They always say manager not available. This is last email i received from them Hi pavani, Thank you for writing to us. We do apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We are sorry to inform you that as per our company policy we cannot accept return for stitched product. We request you to keep the product with you and accept our offer for 50% discount on product cost which is the maximum we can provide as a goodwill gesture. Appreciate your time and patience. At last they refunded for one product that they cancelled. I need my total refund back. I'm ready to return all the products please refund my balance of 146.37 immediately. Pictures on their site are fake and you will not get what you see on their site. They are selling poorly made, low quality items which are just badly made copies of what you see on their site.
