Mirraw Online Services — Custom delay sitting in India from 2 weeks

My name is priyanka ordered 800 worth of jewellery and clothes for a wedding but it’s just sitting in the customs in India it’s supposed to be deliver in nz being an overseas customer it’s quite frustrating I don’t want to give you my tracking no as it’s public info I have written 5 emails done 10 calls but customer service dnt have any answers when my parcel will be delivered they are Gud to talk and say sorry every time instead of solving the issue I told them if they are not able to send it give me a refund or send the items from different courier company but they are not ready to do that it’s quite frustrating waste of my hard eared money and also time please be aware before buying from them courier company they are sending is FedEx which have bad customer service in nz hope they will see this review and solve my issue . If it will not arrive in 1 week I will not buy from them any more at least give my money back. Wasting my money on items calls everything simply a waste
