I bough an item from Mirraw in anticipation of a wedding, recently. link to item below.
What I received was a cheap replica, shoddily stitched, with incomplete embroidery. Basically the item was not as displayed/described on the website.
I wrote to customer care to request for a return and refund. The first response from customer care was to just offer me a 20% refund. I refused and wrote again asking for return pickup of item.
There was abosolutely no response. I called Mirraw, explained my issue to the customer care representative, who agreed that there was an issue with the product and asked for more pictures and promised a response that day itself.
I have sent the pictures but heard nothing from her either. It has been 3 days. I am now unable to get through to customer care of the phone as well.
Therefore filing a complaint here to get my refund. The order number is Order M[protected]
The return button on the site just shows the terms and conditions for return and takes the user nowhere after that. There are no instructions on where to send the product etc either. This feels like a fraud.
