[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Incomplete order shipped | |||||
I order a number of outfits and wanted them custom stitched. I did not complete my measurements and sent an email to ask the shipment to await finalization of measurements long before items were sent for stitching. my messages were ignored and items were shipped with whose measurements, I do not know. I have been contacting Mirraw and the rude comments were that items will be destroyed at customs if I do not pick. Am I to pay for items with incorrect measurements? The lack of customer care and customer satisfaction is unbelievable. Anyone know of a good lawyer to sue this company Was this information helpful? | |||||
