Mirraw Online Services — is the refund policy true?

Yesterday 29/04/2018

By mistake I have paid two orders with the same 5 items, the order number is M[protected].
The customer care service told me that the order has been successfully cancelled and the refund will be processed

But I am reading on this website that a lot of people did not received any refund!!!

I am scared because it was not my fault and this mistake happened by accident!!

I just would like to receive my money back
