This is reg. issues with Order# M[protected]. It's extremely disappointing to find that each item in this order had some problem. I sent an email followed by subsequent followup emails to [protected]@mirraw.com, but never received any resolution from Mirraw.com
Please see description of the issues below:
"Blue Plain Cotton Silk Boys Indo Western Dress" - This dress arrived full of dust, is dirty and appears to be used! How can Mirraw even ship products like this? They don't do quality check before dispatching, or it is perhaps deliberate so people outside India are stuck with the items received.
"Multicolor Printed Polyester Bandhgala Suit" - The wrong item was sent!! Instead of the Bandgala Suit, they sent a Half Jacket.
"Grey Embroidered Silk Salwar Semi stitched" - The quality of this dress wasn't as expected (duplicate product), color was more golden than grey, stitching was incorrect (Bust size 42 selected and instead it measured 44 [22 x 2]), length was too short and it nowhere matched the image on their website.
Mirraw should have accepted refund on return of the defective/wrong products. Instead they chose to stay silent and not provide any solution at all. Was this information helpful? |
