I have contacted all 3 courier companies. dpd returned the item saying they attempted delivery: false as they delivered 1 of the parcel. dtdc and atlantic and mirraw are just not responding or listening to any queries. I have been phoning dtdc who have the parcel in their warehouse and they are ignoring any requests for it to be sent out to me saying I have to pay £10 which i am not willing to do. they are saying it is mirraw fault as they provided no telephone number [protected]
