[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Non confirmation of the product ordered 15 days back | |||||
This is regarding my order on 15th March 2017 which is not confirmed yet. Money has been debited though. No.[protected]. I have mailed 3-4times, but no action taken yet. Everytime a ticket is generated and nothing happens. The customer care number doesn't work. Even if I stay on line for 30mins nobody responds. I had ordered a saree worth 2100, which should have reached me in a week or so as promised, instead the order not confirmed yet. This my worst experience in online shopping. I am disgusted. I don't want any transaction with the company, just cancel my order and pay my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
