[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Package not received. no response from mirraw | |||
I placed an order one month back - order m[protected]. We still haven't received it. We have tried calling you many times - get automated response that you will call back. No one calls. I have sent multiple emails. Get automated response saying you will respond in 48 hours. No response for the past one month! And now i get another automated email from your team saying you are closing the case, and "hope i am satisfied with your service" really???!!! What do you think??? I sent a private message to you on fb, not wanting to parade your dirty laundry in public. You said you will send me the updated status, no response again. Honestly, no matter how lovely your products are, if this is how you treat your customers and their money, i just pity your other customers. Please return my money and i will make sure never to order from you ever again. Mirraw loyalists - good luck and hope you are treated better than i have! Was this information helpful? | |||

We understand how you feel when you did not got any update for the order I also called on the number given on order today and your mom has pick up the phone. Normally Indian order directly goes to customer but unfortunately in your case it got delivered to our warehouse. As you mentioned you want refund we can provide the same, if you want product we can provide that also. As checked you have also given review on trustpilot .Request you to please delete it and we will solve it offline. we assure you we will get the issue solved for you . Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you Please revert so that we can proceed according to that . Appreciate your kind support. | |||

I have an horrible experience with this Mirraw. Its been 3 months chasing for my money from them. I buyed 3 leggist from them after i received it, the quality of cloth was like 100-150rps cloth of footpath it was so cheap n smelly that i return it immediately to the Seller address by confirming on Call to the customer care. For all the 3 products the vendor was same so i return it by courier after that i receive the refund for my one leggist n chassing yet for 2 products. When i call them they hang up the call or the keep me on hold for long time by saying let us concern with our concerning team. Now in my hands i dnt hv my products nor my money Third class Customer Service don't know to talk professionally, Your employees need alot of training in quality of voice . I SERIOUSLY ADVICE U GUYZ DNT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY R USELESS. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. BUY FROM OTHER REPUTATIONAL ONLINE SITE NOT FROM THESE ROBBERS.
