I ordered a saree online .I made a payment at the bank. As soon as the money was taken from my account I sent and payment on my end went through, I sent mirraw serval emails enclosing proof of payment of the purchase.
To date I have not received a response from mirraw as to whether they have received my order and the status of my order. I have checked the tracking order feature on the app and there is no change.
Mirraw could respond to my emails I will know how to proceed further.
