Mirraw Online Services — Product not received

I made an Order from Mirraw.com on 11/08/2023 and I was supposed to receive my Order on/before 22/08/2023. My Order ID is M[protected]. Since there was no communication from Mirraw.com; I contacted them through email and followed up on my delivery on 22/08/2023; then they replied that the Order was still under stitching and there were some issues in the Design and bla bla bla... Later I followed up again on 24/08/2023 and they replied the Order was still in progress. Still (05/09/2023), the status of my Order is under progress and they are not ready to return my Money. I told them that I needed a refund and they said it was not possible to give a refund on my product. They are not taking responsibility for their delay in delivering the product and that is the reason why I asked for a refund. In fact, I ordered this Saree for an event on 26/08/2023 and till now I haven't received my Order. What is the use of receiving the product then? I need a refund.
