Bought shoes from mirraw with bangles. The issue I have are the shoes. I had ordered a black one size 38 but a brown sized 40 was sent. With the other pair a sized 40 wsd sent and the beads are missing on the side..have been sending text and emails to solve this issue..everytime I send an email..a new person pops up with questions and hardly responds. I was sent a return ticket but unfortunately we are in lockdown in Auckland Newzealand and iam unable to book a courrier as this doesn't fall into essential item..so I thought I would pay for another pair and get Mirraw to send me ..they have such bad customer service.. Can I get someone to look into this fraudulent crook customer service please Was this information helpful? | |
