[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Saree - delivery issue/ poor customer service | |||||
I have ordered two sarees, which were suppose to be delivered within 10 days and actually i got it after a month. But they delivered me only one saree and when i went back to customer services asking for other saree. No proper response. I wanted my other saree, whereas they said they will provide me 30% discount for the saree i have not received. I really don't know if they understood the issue. The customer service number they provided is not working either. No way we can contact them. The saree they provided also are not of good quality as show in the picture. Altogether it's the worst of the worst online shopping through mirraw. Was this information helpful? | |||||
