The above subject orders were returned as they were not up to my satisfaction as the fabrics used were not matching with the one they have sent across. The attached correspondence shows all the exchange of conversations between us and the false promises by them to refund the money. It was a great mental harassment for me from my husband as I was wasting lot of time and neglecting my other responsibilities. Also now he refuses to give me money for any other shopping for this great loss occurred to me . I waited for almost a year and now I thought of complaining & getting my money back & also compensation from them for the mental agony I went through this whole episode.
