[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Traditional antique gold handmade themed necklace set | |||||
My fiancee pravalika prasad bought an item - traditional antique golden handmade theme necklace set from mirraw online services of rs.3498 (Including shipping charges) on 5th feb, 2017. Upon receiving the product it was found defective and hence she returned it on 11th feb. It was mentioned that once the item is received in the warehouse they would refund the amount within 7-8 working days. However, even after repeated calls and followups we did not receive the amount yet.in fact, pravalika received the amount twice but it got bounced back from her account immediately. When we inquired they stated due to incorrect account details the refund cannot be done which is completely false. We then provided them another account number on 19th may and they assured the amount would be refunded this time within 72 hours. But till now we did not receive the amount not any response from them. We therefore request you to bring to justice such unlawful practices against consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
