[Resolved] Mirraw — Order no. M[protected] damaged products, incomplete delivery, pathetic customer service | |||||
I placed this order on March 27, 2016 and haven't received my entire order yet. My order is not received in full and 2 of the items are damaged. 1. Petticoat still missing/not delivered 2. Jewelry is damaged 3. Blouse is stitched incorrectly (4 size under) I have been following up with Mirraw's customer service (on phone and email) and have also contacted [protected]@mirraw.com and [protected]@mirraw.com as well as spoke to some Manager from their customer service multiple times. Every time they always say will get back to you with possible resolution but nothing has happened yet. This is really pathetic and cheating. I am really loosing my patience now.
