It was declared that the item mat be received within 2th May 2015 (approx. date). But till date I am not yet been received my ordered item. In this regard, I was tracked my order which DTDC tracking number was sent by you in everyday. But the status is same in everyday. The ordered location is Pondecherry since from last week.
