[Resolved] Mirraw — Product not shipped on time | |||
My order number is M[protected]. I have ordered two anarkali churidars on 27th July 2015 and the expected delivery date was 12th August. I have paid the stitching charges also. I stay abroad and is in India up to 15th August. I have given my address and phone number in India for shipping. Yesterday I sent an email to mirraw and they say that it will take another 4-5 working days to ship the items. I am disappointed and worried that the products are not yet shipped and if the products reach after 15th August, the courier company cannot even contact me and the product will be returned back as there won't be anyone in the given address to collect the items. I have written to mirraw so many times from the time I purchased the products to prioritise my order and dispatch them on time. If it won't reach me by 15t August, I need a refund of the amount I paid to them. Rekha Was this information helpful? | |||

Though Mirraw couldn't ship my products on time to my address in India, they offered me free shipping to my South African address. I got the products on time and I am very happy with the products. | |||
