Mirraw — Product ordered no response for the emails | |||
Hi, I am complaining about Mirraw.com. I ordered some products on November 6 th, order# MM[protected], for $132.02. I received an invoice that, Mirraw charged $132.02. Then when I checked the status, which is on the 17 th ( 11 days later) it was misleading, says NEW, which means the order not processed yet, so I emailed twice to get an the status information about my order. Then there is no response. I called paypal and paypal blocked the payment, until Mirraw should respond to me or paypal to release the information. Then Mirraw cancelled my order, and send me a link, stating that RETRY the order, and the total is 60 dollars more than, when I ordered on Nov 6 th.Instead of explaining what happend to the order, they cancelled the order, and sent me the link again. I just don't understand why some one could respond to my email, promptly in manner, none of this will happend. So I would like to get my order processed at the same rate, and Mirraw has to respond paypal, and resolve this issue quickly. Was this information helpful? | |||
