[Resolved] Mirraw — Refund not received

This is about Order no M[protected] and M[protected]. I was not satisfied with the products as they were very different from the product shown in pictures on website. I sent the products as asked on my own (paid from my own pocket for postage etc, within 5 days as per the company policy. I sent all the product tracking tracking information as well as the bank details as asked.

I was told that I will get my refund within 2-3 working days. Its been more than 15 days now and i am still awaiting the refund.

I am sick and tired of assurances given and the customer service is also very slow and non-responsive.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE... PL DONT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY

the issue was resolved after i had put up a complaint in this forum as well as on Trust pilot. I wish these people were as responsive initially so that the need for putting up complaints do not arise at all...
