I ordered one saree and it was faded, damaged and not as shown in the image on website. Mirraw doesn't provide return pickup so i sent them back the product on my own expenses of of 140rs. Return reached to them on 07/03/2016. They initiated the refund process and said maximum it will take 20 days to get the refund in bank account. They have not even shared the transaction id of refund till today : 2/04/2016, i haven't received my refund. Their customer service is very bad. They give useless replies and never resolve the issues. Their customer care number is never received by anyone. They provide horrible e-commerce service to online shopping. They are worst among all of the online shopping services. Never ever shop from mirraw, if you don't want to waste your money. Be safe. Was this information helpful? | |||||
