There was no way to cancel my order M[protected]. kept emailing them asking to cancel, but only kept receiving ticket no.s saying someone will contact me within 72 hours.BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Meanwhile they shipped the order very fast within 72 hours IGNORING my all cancel requests that i made within 2 hours of placing the order.
They cant say cancellation period was over/bcas their website says cancellation possible within 24 hrs.
Now they are responding, apologizing and telling, as its shipped please accept it.What a fraud is this?
I m afraid i ll have to pay big custom fee also for this unwanted item, and then return shipping fee incase to get refund.Their refunding doesnt seems easy according to customer reviews either.
I m worried if i return, i ll loose EVERYTHING I paid.I have NO TRUST about mirraw.com.
