I received my necklace in India and brought to US and found it broken when opened on Karwa Chauth It is total waste of my time and money, they refused the return or refund due to their 7 day policy. In my situation there was no way to revert with in 7 days, I trusted and opened the packet when I wanted to use. I explained my situation but customer support did not understand. Therefore, be cautious when buying anything from this web site
