Mithila Hyundai — Cheat & Non Refund of Token Amount For Eon Era

Hello, My name is Yashwanth.salian residing at nallasopara... I had a deal with (Mithila Hyundai, Mira road) for selling our CHEVROLET ENJOY LS 8 with vijaya bank against purchase of a 1 family car Eon Era and I paid a token of rs 11000 as a booking token on 14th july in cheque. Later they cancelled my deal with a reason that they don't accept vijaya bank formalities which was initially agreed by the councilling executive ... On 18th July an executive named zoib came to take away my car without delivery note .. I did nt handover the vehicle orelse i would have beared a theft even . They are even claiming a deduction from that amount which I m not liable to as the cancellation was not from my side but by their councilling executive's fault so that should be deducted from their salary as they have been suspended, says mithila Hyundai. Several visits have costed me much for the refund still haven't received but only dates Kindly take notice of the complaint as may be many consumer's must be suffering such losses. Thank you
