Mithila Hyundai — Poor customer service and false promises

I would like to bring to your notice that we had booked Creta in July from Mithila hyundai Showroom in Mira Road, in my fathers name thats Mr.Champak Sonigra. Mr.Varun majithia was the sales person. At the time of pre booking i was told that i need to make payment of Rs.11000 and it was fully refundable if i cancel it. When the car was been launched, i was been told that i need to pay Rs.1.5 L extra if i need to car withing 2 months or else i have to waiting for 6 to 7 months, this was unacceptable and i opted not to go with creta as it was cheating. I then went for cancellation for it. It was surprising for me to know that i was told by Mr.Varun that i will be charged with cancellation fees. As i was been promised that i will receive full refund, i told Mr. Varun for the reason for it. I got a very diplomatic answer for this that the management has changed. And this is very frustrating. Then too Mr.Varun was helping me to get the full refund since he had promised me. and Sadly i came to know that Mr.Varun has resigned. Then in November i spoke to Mr.Sandeep from Customer Services, and i sent him the email for cancellation with letter and a cancel cheque which is attached below. And then after following up so many time i called again in end of December and i came to know that Mr.Sandeep has also resigned. This is very frustrating. Then i spoke to Ms. Anuradha in 1st week of january 2016. She is then telling me that your cheque is ready and please come to collect it. This is more frustrating and annoying. When i have sent a cancel cheque copy for the purpose of RTGS then y the hell they made a physical cheque. That too the name on it was of my Dad's firm name. When i went to the Show room, i then came to know that the management had issued a cheque of Rs.11000 before and then they cancelled it and they made a cheque of Rs.6000 that too in our firms name.

I would like to bring to your notice that the cheque of Rs.11000 is a proof that i was being promised for full refund and just because the management has changed, why should i as a customer should suffer for this. I am trying to contact the manager of the showroom but cant get through it. Also for your reference i am attaching the copy of both the cheques. Please note i really dont trust Hyundai and i shall never buy Hyundai car and will see to it that no one else in my circle buys it. this is cheating.
