It's like I am bankrupted now as Mithila Hyundai Mira Road has taken the full payment of 1130000 however there is no visibility of where my car is. No body responding from the showroom. Whenever I called them they just give some idiotic reasons. Being a middle class person I can't afford to let my hard earned money like this.
Please help me out as soon as possible....

I would like to bring to your notice that we had booked Creta in July from Mithila hyundai Showroom in Mira Road, in my fathers name thats Mr.Champak Sonigra. Mr.Varun majithia was the sales person. At the time of pre booking i was told that i need to make payment of Rs.11000 and it was fully refundable if i cancel it. When the car was been launched, i was been told that i need to pay Rs.1.5 L extra if i need to car withing 2 months or else...
