Mobikwik — AMOUNT DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT BUT NOT ADDED IN MY WALLET

This is in reference to ticket #2642231 dated 15/5/2015, an amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account but not credited either in My wallet or credited back to my bank account. After filing the ticket no 2642231, the customer care confirmed the status of the transaction as failed and assured that money will be returned in my account in 15 days which is not returned till date. Kindly look into the matter and intimate me accordingly.
