Mobikwik — Amount deducted and bus ticket not booked.

Hi Team, I've booked 2 tickets on 2-9-15 from Bangalore-Hyderabad-Bangalore. But only one ticket is booked& amount is deducted for two tickets. When I filed a complaint they said that it is being sent to mail. But I've not received any mail regarding these. Here is the proof for that. I book tickets for to see the movie Payum Puli the amount was deducted but the tickets was not booked in[protected] the mobikwik without any response from the customer care one line is still waiting and another line is switched off, i need my money back to my account, the deducted amount of 457
