I want settled my zip balance also I paid 12000/- on 05 Nov 2022 and contact customer support for settlement but no response yet from mobikwik, they raised token no 27672864 on 4th Nov 2022.
I share my financial situation but recovery agent giving mental pressure me everyday.

The transaction is transfer of rent via card status says pending mobiwik customer care is not able to solve this issue in fact they don’t even know the reason for y the transactions are on pending status simply asking for 3 working days time ....

and after that daily basic executive call and msg me and mental disturb. if this is not stop form Mobikwik i will file a compliant in RBI for this..

I have applied for a loan on 28 November but after so many days still the status of loan is not cleared on the app it is coming that you cannot apply for a new loan policy and even the money has not disbursed neither in the account nor in the wallet.

I Paid the ZIP outstanding amount @ 335.60 on DT 05.12.2022 as per the due date.

In History of the MOBIKWIK apps the payment shows SUCCESS.

Next day on 06.12.2022, message in MOBIKWIK that additional Penalty amount @ 300.77 and total outstanding amount @ 637/- asking us to PAY BILL.

Checked the amount @ 335.60 also refund in my account.

Already deducted from my bank account & next...

Mobikwik wala has deducted ₹5751 from my mobikwik wallet please refund my money asap i have also shared the screenshot...

Mobikwik has not refunded more than 3500 rupees that is due me even after more than a month. They do not attend the customer care number. It's always busy. I send them all the screenshots of the refunds initiated from Myntra where i made the purchases.
Still mobikwik is silent about this. My registered mobile at mobikwik is [protected] and my registered email is daniel.[protected]@live.in

₹ 5751 money has been automatically deducted from my Mobikwik wallet by wallet debit against, no one without my permission give this money to my account as soon as possible, I have also shared the screenshot....

I am a new user of mobikwik. I made a recharge with amount Rs239 from mobikwik wallet but I’ve received activation fee of 399. So As per Company T&C 99rs are ZIP wallet activation charges But insted of 99rs they have charged 399rs.now no one can respond from mobikwik. So please do needful....

My mobikwik pin is blocked/disable, i m saying many times by mail and help and support section, please unblock it but there is no response, my mobikwik zip account due date is 5th of December 2022, there is showing late payment applicable if dues is not clear on due date, but i m doing payment there is showing your pin is blocked/disable, so this is not my problem mobikwik responsible for it, coz error showing mobikwik side i m not responsible...
