[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Bwssb bill amount not reversed

On november 21st 2016, rs 1001 was deducted from mobikwik wallet towards bwssb bill. It was neither forwarded to the vendor/operator/merchant nor was it reversed to my account/wallet within 48 hours as per their service guarantee. Now i have received the next bill which clearly shows an arrear of rs 1001. I have attached the bill here. I have also attached screenshot of the ticket raised with mobikwik. I also have screenshots and emails implying payment to vendor is being processed.
