Mobikwik — Cash back not credited after one month of traveling dated of bus booking | |||||
I booked bus ticket on 28 jun 2016 with transaction id: 44m6jok2eejfveyq|aq0ewaxjc6 of amount rs 912. As per www.mobikwik.com offer rs200 cash back on transaction amount rs 500 and above. Cash back will be credited within 7 working day from date of travel. Now 20 working day completed but i not get any refund. Please credit my rs 200 cash back as earliest. My user id for mobikwik: [protected]@gmail.Com I write two time to customer and i get following answer. "namaste! We understand your concern regarding bus ticket cash back. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please take this email as an acknowledgement to your concern. Your query will be responded to within 72 hrs. We request your cooperation while we resolve the issue. Thank you for being a valued mobikwik customer. Regards mobikwik team" I called up customer care and they give compliant number 5168116 but not resolved But till date i dont get cash back of rs200 Was this information helpful? | |||||
