Mobikwik — deduct my money from wallet and locked my wallet

Respected Sir, i am Kanwarjit Singh, and i have a wallet in Mobikwik company with account email.. [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile no. [protected] m add 2500 rupees in my wallet with ref.[protected] on 5th feb 2015 and on same day pay bills of 1300 rupee but bills are not paid and money deducted from my wallet by Mobikwik... and m complaint to mobikwik on same day with ticket no.2122974 dt 5.2.15 and ticket no.2156689 dt 9.02.2015.. but instead solve my problem company locked my walled with my ballance..so please help me and refund my money. my contact no.
