Mobikwik — Fraud done by mobikwik in Paid electricity bill | |||||
Sir, I have paid a bill of Rs. 5797 of Jodhpur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. using mobikwik portal on 09.09.2016 whose last date was 21.09.2016. as i was out of station from last two months and today when I reached at my place I found that electricity connection get cut by department and on enquiry I came to know that one of our last bill is pending due to which it get cut. I am attaching paid receipt of mobikwik and pending bill shown on JVVNL site. please intervene as mobikwik is not responding and not picking up the phone. now the unpaid bill is with penalty.
